Upton Construction installs products that are backed by manufacture warranty (when applicable); we will provide you with the manufactures website before installation.

Remodeling Services:
Full Interior & Exterior Service that we provide.
Project Estimator will give a general estimate on your project. The estimator will produce an estimate cost on the high end. This will be helpful in your project planning.
Remodeling Kitchens, Bathroom and Basements
Windows, Doors - Replacement or repair of damage widows and doors due to wood rot and insect infestation.
Siding - Repair and replacement of damage siding with Vinyl or Fiber Cement products from CertainTeed and James Hardie Siding Estimator
Painting - Complete exterior painting using top quality paints from Benjamin Moore, Sherwin Williams and Porter Paints.
Trim Molding - Installing crown, chair rail, doors and window and baseboard.
Drywall Repairs - Repairs cracks and holes.
Mold - Complete mold services, including repairing the cause of the problem.
Flooring - Carpet, Tile, Laminate
Presure Washing - Clean the exterior siding, decks, fence and driveway to remove dirt, mold and mildue. We use Professional Grade Products.
Deck, Fence & Porch - Clean, stain, replace, service and repair.
Gutter Service - Service and repair leaks and remove debris buildup.
Wood Rot Repair - Evaluate the cause of the damage and repair the problem with composite materials.
Note: We use composite materials when replacing rotted or damage wood material when posible.

Cleaning:
We specialize in Homes and Commercial Cleaning.
Services are provided weekly, bi-weekly, tri-weekly and monthly. No contracts are required; however we do require a two business days’ notification for making changes to your schedule. The service is terrific and our prices represent a great value.

Home Inspection:
As a Repair and Maintenance company, we have valuable insight into where to look for structural and other deficiencies in the building. With our knowledge and repair experience, we can assure you that you will get a quality Home or Commercial Inspection.
When looking for property keep in mine that you will be making cosmetic changes; interior decorating then over time upgrading, remolding or adding additions to the building. If you plan to purchase a new home or building you already incorporated your decorating themes, If you plan on purchasing a used home or building you will most likely will be making cosmetic changes this will give you opportunity to add your personal preferences over time.
The typical inspection usually takes 4 - 8 hours on site, depending on the building. You will need to bring a pad of paper and a camera for notes and pictures.
The cost for an inspection vary starting from $220.00
When needed, we refer you for a more exhaustive inspection which requires experts in the different areas of construction.
