Workmanship & Material Warranty

Upton’s Construction guarantees the work will meet local building standards and good workmanship. Upton’s Construction will make every effort to blend existing textures, colors, and planes, but exact duplication is not guaranteed. Upton’s Construction warrants that materials of good quality will be selected. The company will maintain all manufacturers’ warranties. The customer is limited to the manufacturers’ warranties for defects in the manufacture of materials. All companies’ warranties are limited to a period of no more than one year. Upton’s Construction warranties are limited to the cost of labor and materials only and excludes unauthorized construction and temporary repairs, or changes, ordinary wear, tear, abuse, or misuse by owners, or anyone else in or on the property, legally or illegally, or an “act of God”, (i.e. a hurricane or tornado, etc), and homeowner supplied materials.
